    • Yes, it is accurate to say that the list is predominately held by Americans. Did you notice that Carlos Slim has earned his wealth on a nation that has one of the poorest populations. One dollar an hour is the prevailing wage. The poor and poorly paid and educated are trying to escape to the United States.
